Rubric v1.1

Data-Driven Scoring Update

  • First Real-Data Calibration — We analyzed 1,210 completed assessments to understand how people actually demonstrate interpersonal skills, and used those insights to refine every scoring rubric
  • Independent Dimension Scoring — Each of your 7 dimensions is now scored in complete isolation, so your Relational Warmth score reflects only warmth signals — never influenced by how you scored elsewhere
  • Adaptive Agility in Email Rewrite — Module D now measures how well you calibrate tone and formality for different audiences, adding a new window into this skill
  • Behavioral Performance Score — Your overall score now comes entirely from what you demonstrate in the interactive modules, giving you a clearer picture of your actual skills in action
