The Short Version
- • Use ProSocial for its intended purpose: measuring and improving social skills.
- • Your content is yours. We use it to provide ProSocial and don't sell your personal data.
- • Don't game the assessment or misuse your results to harm others.
- • Purchases are final. Subscriptions renew until canceled.
Agreement and Eligibility
These terms are an agreement between you and CueShift, the operator of ProSocial. By creating an account, buying access, or using ProSocial, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Your Account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Your account is personal to you; don't share access or impersonate someone else.
Your Content
You own the text, recordings, uploads, and other content you submit. You give CueShift permission to use that content to operate ProSocial and deliver the scores, coaching, roleplays, feedback, and other features you request.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Prices and access details are shown before checkout. One-time purchases do not renew. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal; your paid access continues through the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
Don't use ProSocial to:
- Cheat, automate, impersonate, or have someone else complete an assessment
- Copy or publish protected assessment prompts, scoring materials, or paid content
- Probe, bypass, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to ProSocial or another account
- Use results to discriminate, deceive, harass, spam, exploit, or harm someone
- Violate any applicable laws
Intellectual Property
ProSocial, the PSI methodology, scoring methods, designs, software, and learning content belong to CueShift or its licensors. You may use ProSocial while you have access, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content or technology.
Disclaimers
ProSocial is a learning and skill-assessment product, not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or therapy. We provide it “as is” and don't guarantee specific outcomes.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts for nonpayment, misuse, security risks, or legal reasons.
Changes to Terms
If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in the product. Using ProSocial after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
