This policy explains the extension-specific information handling for Charisma Coach. The main ProSocial Privacy Policy also applies to your ProSocial account.

What the Extension Uses

• Email content: Your current Gmail draft and relevant thread context when the extension analyzes or enhances the message.
• Account session: Information needed to recognize that you are signed in to ProSocial.
• Settings: Choices such as automatic analysis and whether to show tips.
• Usage information: Analysis counts needed to show and enforce your plan limits.

How Email Content Is Used

Charisma Coach sends the draft and relevant thread context to ProSocial only when needed to provide the requested AI-assisted charisma analysis and enhancement. The returned feedback can include warmth and competence analysis or an enhanced draft.

• The extension does not sell email content or use it for advertising.
• The extension does not send email content unless analysis or enhancement is triggered.
• The extension does not save a separate copy of your email content in Chrome storage.

Information Stored in Chrome

Chrome storage holds your extension settings and local ProSocial session state. It does not hold a separate archive of your Gmail drafts or enhanced messages.

Your Choices

• Turn automatic analysis and tips on or off in extension settings.
• Signing out clears your ProSocial session from the extension.
• Uninstalling the extension removes its Chrome-stored settings and local session state.
• Use Delete Account in ProSocial settings for the account-deletion process described in the main Privacy Policy.
